The purpose is to act as physical anchors for the matrix , meaning when people pass by these its sending a message back into the greater 1 human collective & it basically is a triggered situation to the mass consciousness , to the person its unconscious but the higher self of humanity knows what it is yet always has to see it therefore keeps the reality grounded/real in the awareness of mass consciousness , this makes it harder to remove b/c its literally become apart of society , this of course is connected to the idea that the cabal wants a sexy positive or fun outlook on their idealogy they have , like red/black clothes with devil horns for every other superbowl halftime show etc , b/c once its apart of your society & youve been unblinkingly investing in it then this makes it harder to clear, as it feel like your removing apart of yourself , so the dark trick you into using your free will to keep them around .
